Revisions & Refunds
Pixel Portrait unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind when the portrait has been completed. We do however offer product revisions in case a customer is unsatisfied with their portrait.
Simply email email@example.com and we will review the requested revision.
Please note that larger revision requests, especially those not detailed in the original order may incur a small fee to cover the artist time cost.
Typically, we would consider changes to position, pose or outfits as a ‘larger revision’ however we will advise you of any cost before proceeding. Smaller revisions such as colour, existing feature (hair, expression) or minor outfit amendments, will be completed at no cost.
Due to the nature of this product being custom, we do not accept returns other than when the product is damaged or incorrectly printed. If this is the case then please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise a refund or reshipment.
*Please note that incorrectly printed means that the product has been printed differently to how the product was designed by the customer using our customizer tool*
